Dear Timbertop Residents,
I am pleased to provide you with the latest construction update for May. There is plenty to talk about with development full steam ahead on so many different aspects of the site.
The entrance to the estate is forever evolving and really taking shape around the previous land sales office. The Timbertop Cafe, being built on this location, has commenced construction after a long planning process and it is anticipated to be open in July.
Almost 300 new home sites have been sold within Timbertop. The Grasslands and Outlook Release are now sold out and The Picnic Release has sold over 50% of lots, showcasing a positive response to the latest releases. The development team have a busy 6 months ahead.
In the short term, we are working towards releasing the next stage featuring a selection of 700m2 park fronted lots.
To add to the project, we are pleased to announce that plans have been submitted to council for a 2 hectare park in the heart of Timbertop. Within the coming weeks a 2D coloured plan will be available from the land sales office, highlighting the key park features. Some of these will include a large kick-about area, basketball half-court and a large children’s playground. Stay tuned for further announcements!
