Timbertop Estate and Display Village is another quality project developed by Parklea.
Parklea Developments was founded in 1974 by Andrew Facey and has since shaped the way the South East lives, works and plays. Established with a wealth of residential and commercial property knowledge, Andrew Facey mastered his expertise through his third generation and over a 100 year old family real estate agency, Frank Facey Real Estate.
Parklea is now the largest broad acre land holder within the Cardinia Shire. Delivering quality to residential growth corridors, creating commercial precincts with a community focus and taking pride in the legacy left behind.
Parklea is an Australian real estate developer that has been developing great places for people to live, work and play for more than 40 years.
Parklea doesn’t just build houses, shops and commercial buildings, they create communities, while holding a passion for innovative design, environmental sustainability and quality in design, engineering, construction and delivery.

Parklea has a long association with Melbourne’s south-east.
Founder Andrew Facey’s family have a strong history of farming and real estate in the area. In fact the Facey family farm is not far from the Timbertop estate.
Parklea purchased the land from the Hicks family in 2002 and planning of Timbertop Estate started.
