Officer’s Timbertop Estate is fast becoming a lively community with over 130 families now living in the highly sought after estate. In 2015 over 140 lots were sold, as it continues to attract families of all ages, seeking community living with wide open spaces and beautiful homes. With the Timbertop Park and new stage releases coming soon, there is a lot to look forward to in 2016.
Timbertop’s highly anticipated releases; The Orchard and Grange became available this year. Both abutting future parks with a variety of lot sizes and amazing views, these premium releases are selling fast, with only a few lots remaining.
Complete Living by Parklea is now selling at Timbertop, with a selection of premium turnkey homes. Homes are already under construction so you can move in between early to mid 2016.
Residents have enjoyed being able to catch up with family and friends at the newly opened Timber Mill Cafe. The cafe is a short walk away, opposite the wetlands. If you haven’t already tasted the coffee, home baked sweets and fresh meals, head down and enjoy a relaxed bite to eat with a view.
2015 also saw plans completed for a new park and wetlands, with construction set to commence early 2016. Locals will be able to walk, run, bike and play in the spacious two hectare park.
At the heart of the Timbertop community is the Timbertop Residents Group, who have run programs and events this year to establish a sense of community and new friendships. These included Trick-or-Treating on Halloween, the Share your Christmas charity appeal, and the Residents Group social events.
It’s been an eventful year at Timbertop, but with exciting milestones continuing to take shape, 2016 is going to be even bigger at Officer’s number one land estate.
