Construction Update_March

Wow! Have you been to Timbertop lately? Things are moving really quickly. Many of our first stage purchasers are at ‘lock up’ stage of their new homes.
This week has seen new bike lanes put in place to ensure safety for cyclists at the Princes Highway intersection. The construction of the estate entrance is anticipated to commence in March, showcasing the Timbertop identity of a premium estate.

The Village Release

The Boulevard Release

If you have been on site lately you will have seen the team working hard on completing the beautiful stone and  concrete retaining walls. With these close to completion the last of the footpaths are being concreted and the landscaping of natures strips is about to begin.

As the last of the topsoil is placed on blocks, all site works are anticipated to be finalised within two weeks. It’s then over to the relevant authorities to sign off on the release of titles.  An exciting point for all residents, the completion of this stage will allow access further along Timbertop Boulevard.

The Vintage Release

The Vintage lots are set to title approximately two weeks later than the Boulevard release. Once the crews working on retaining walls in that stage are complete they will move straight on to the Vintage Release.
Hedgevale Drive is close to completion with Tarmac laying the final bitumen this week. The footpaths have just started being laid in this stage, with landscaping on the nature strips set to commence very soon.

The Farmhouse Release

This stage has recently commenced. The bulk earthworks have begun with the stripping of topsoil from the blocks. The next step is to move onto the construction of services including drainage and sewerage. Construction is set to begin towards the end of March. Stripping of the blocks will be the starting point of the bulk earthworks on this stage.
